The City of Bulawayo invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced building construction contractors for the refurbishment of Jabulani Flats.
Tender Documents can be obtained at Office 408, 4th floor, Municipality Tower Block, Corner Robert Mugabe Way & Leopold Takawira Avenue during office hours (08:30 to 16:30) as from Wednesday 3 October 2018.
Complete bids in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Notice: Contract No. COB/HCS/STAND3400/2018: REFURBISHMENT OF JABULANI FLATS.” must be deposited in the TENDER box of the municipality’s Town Clerk’s Department, City of Bulawayo, City Hall, between Fife Street & Leopold Takawira Avenue, P O Box 591, Bulawayo on or before 10:00 am of the due date.
A non-refundable deposit of US $ 10.00 is payable upon collection of bid documents. A compulsory tender briefing meeting shall be on Wednesday 10 October 2018 at 10:00hrs at the Housing and Community Services Board Room 9th Floor, Tower block.
No faxed, e-mailed or late tenders will be considered. Council is not obliged to accept the lowest bid, or any bid.
