DOMESTIC/NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING
TENDER NO. COB/ESD/C1/2021: SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF WATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS ON AN ‘AS AND WHEN REQUIRED’ BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR
CLOSING DATE: 18TH MARCH 2021 AT 1000 HRS
The City of Bulawayo invites tenders from suitably qualified firms for the supply and delivery of water treatment chemicals on an ‘as and when required basis for a period of one year.
Tender forms can be obtained at Office 203, 2nd Floor, City Hall (Under the Clock), Corner Fife Street& Leopold Takawira Avenue during office hours (08:30 to 15:00) as from Tuesday day the 23rd of February 2021.
Completed bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked on the outside with the tender number and description must be deposited in the TENDER box of the municipality’s Town Clerk’s Department, Room 126, between Fife Street & Leopold Takawira Avenue, P O Box 591, Bulawayo on or before 10:00 am of the due date.
Closing date: 10:00am on Thursday 18th March 2021. A non-refundable deposit of 10usd/ ZWL equivalent is payable upon collection of the tender documents with specifications.
No faxed, e-mailed or late forms will be considered. City of Bulawayo is not obliged to accept the lowest bid, or any bid. Tender will not be considered unless they comply fully with the specifications.
