Tender forms can be obtained from Office 203, 2nd Floor, City Hall (Under the Clock), Corner Fife Street& Leopold Takawira Avenue during office hours (08:30 to 15:00) as from Monday 22August2022.

Completed bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked on the outside with the tender number and descriptionmust be deposited in the TENDER box of the municipality’s Town Clerk’s Department, Office Number 126, between Fife Street & Leopold Takawira Avenues, or through P O Box 591, Bulawayo on or before 10:00 am of the due date.

Closing date: 10:00am on Thursday 8 September 2022. A non-refundable deposit of 10USD/ ZWLequivalent per tender document is payable upon collection of the tender documents with specifications.

No faxed, e-mailed or late forms will be considered. City of Bulawayo is not obliged to accept the lowest bid, or any bid. Tenders will not be considered unless they comply fully with the requirements.
