City of Bulawayo invites bids from suitably qualified civil engineering contractors for the servicing of 280 high density housing stands in Magwegwe Extension with roads, water and sewerage reticulation.
Tender documents with specifications are obtainable upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$80.00, from the Director of Engineering Services, Municipal Offices, 6th Floor, Leopold Takawira Avenue/Josiah Tongogara Street, Bulawayo, during office hours (08.00 to 16.00) as from 23rd November, 2017.
A Compulsory Tender Briefing Meeting shall be held on the 1st of December, 2017 at the Municipal Offices, 6th Floor Conference Room, Leopold Takawira Avenue/Josiah Tongogara Street, Bulawayo at 1000hrs. Failure to attend this briefing disqualifies the Bidder.
No faxed, emailed or late tenders will be considered. City of Bulawayo is not obliged to accept the lowest bid, or any bid. Tenders will not be considered unless they comply fully with the specifications.
