The City of Bulawayo invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the supply and delivery of water treatment chemicals on an as and when required basis for year 2020.
Tender Documents can be obtained at Procurement Management Unit, Office 203, 2nd Floor, City Hall during office hours (08:30 to 16:30) as from Tuesday 21st January 2020.
Complete bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Notice: Contract No. COB/ESD/C1//2020: SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF WATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS ON AN AS AND WHEN REQUIRED BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF ONE Y EAR ”
must be deposited in the TENDER box of the municipality’s Town Clerk’s Department, Office 126, between Fife Street & Leopold Takawira Avenue, P O Box 591, Bulawayo on or before 10:00 am of the due date.
A non-refundable deposit of RTGS$100.00 is payable upon collection of bid documents.
A non compulsory tender briefing meeting for prospective Bidders will be held on the 23rd of January, 2020 at 10:00hrs on 6th Floor Conference Room, Municipal Towerblock, Corner Robert Mugabe/Leopold Takawira Avenue, Bulawayo.
