The City of Bulawayo invites bids from suitably qualified and experienced brokers for INSURANCE BROKERAGE SERVICES FOR THE PERIOD JUNE 2018 TO MAY 2020.
Tender documents can be obtained from 12th Floor, Financial Services Department, Municipality Tower Block, Office 1209, Corner J. Tongogara St & L. Takawira Avenue, during office hours (08:00 to 16:30) as from Monday 26 March 2018. Bids will be evaluated according to the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act dictates, and any regulations promulgated under this policy shall apply in the adjudication and awarding of the tender.
Completed bids in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Notice: TENDER No.COB/FSD/INS1/2018: INSURANCE BROKERAGE SERVICES FOR THE PERIOD JUNE 2018 TO MAY 2020.” must be deposited in the TENDER box at the Town Clerk’s Department, Room 126, City Hall, between Fife Street &L.Takawira Avenue, P.O.Box 591, Bulawayo on or before 10:00 am of the due date
Closing date: 10:00 am on Tuesday24April 2018. Bid documents are obtainable at a fee of US$100.00. A compulsory tender briefing meeting shall be held on Wednesday 4 April 2018 at 10:00 hrs at the Financial Services Conference Room 12th Floor, Tower Block. Failure to attend this briefing disqualifies the Bidder.
No faxed, emailed or late tenders will be considered. City of Bulawayo is not obliged to accept the lowest bid, or any bid. Tenders will not be considered unless they comply fully with the specifications.
