The City of Bulawayo invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced civil engineering contractors for the servicing of 213 high density stands in the suburb of Pumula South with roads, sewer and water reticulation.
Tender Documents can be obtained at 6th floor, Municipality Tower Block, Corner Robert Mugabe Way & Leopold Takawira Avenue during office hours (08:30 to 16:30) as from Tuesday 26 March 2018. Bids will be evaluated according to the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act dictates, and any regulations promulgated under this policy shall apply in the adjudication and awarding of the tender.
Complete bids in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Notice: Contract No. COB/ESD/46A/2018: SERVICING OF 213 HIGH DESITY STANDS IN PUMULA SOUTH WITH ROADS, SEWER AND WATER RETICULATION.” Must be deposited in the TENDER box of the municipality’s Town Clerk’s Department, Office 126, City Hall between Fife Street & Leopold Takawira Avenue, P O Box 591, Bulawayo on or before 10:00 am of the due date.
Closing date: 10:00am on Tuesday 24 April 2018. A non-refundable deposit of US $ 200.00 is payable upon collection of bid documents. A compulsory tender briefing meeting shall be on WEDNESDAY 04 April 2018 at 10:00hrs at the Engineering Services Conference Room 6th Floor, Tower block.
No faxed, e-mailed or late tenders will be considered. The Council is not obliged to accept the lowest bid, or any bid.
