The Administration section oversees all the daily operations of the department that include planning and coordinating all key activities like budgeting and managing of the vote of the department, procurement and directing the department’s strategic planning processes. All departmental resources including assets and staff records are managed and controlled by the section. Compilation of all reports for key Council meetings and writing of internal and external business correspondence for staff and Council are some of the key functions of the section.
