Who Can Use The Online Services

Anyone who has a billable account with Bulawayo City Council can use Online Services. This applies to both individuals and institutions.

However the account holder must first register for this service by activating their Online Services account.

Activating Your Account

Activating Your Account

Account activation is done online from the BCC website.

From within the website, click on "Register". You will be directed to the user registration page.

At the prompts, enter your BCC account number, property number, national Identity Card number (Company registration number for companies) and cellphone number. It is important that you enter the same details that you provided BCC with, otherwise your Online Services account will not be activated.

Remember to also input a password that is secure and one that you can remember. Please do not divulge your password to anyone.

When correct details and a password that meets our minimum security standards have been entered, you will receive a verification code on the cellphone number that you entered. This is a one time use code and is for the purposes of activating your account only. This code is valid for 48 hours. Should you fail to use this code to complete the activation process within 48 hours, you will have to repeat the process from the start.

Enter the verification code in the space provided on the user registration page. If the code is valid you will get confirmation that your account has been activated.

Please note that account activation is done only once.
