PRODUCTION OF NOVEMBER BILLS

The City of Bulawayo wishes to advise its valued customers that the production and printing of November Bills / Statements is being stalled by a computer hardware malfunction. To this end, Council will not print and deliver Bills for the account month of November 2021.

Balances will be sent via SMS to consumers who have registered their cell phone numbers with the local authority. To enable sending of balances to all consumer account holders, those who have not provided details of their mobile numbers are requested to send the following details to the following WhatsApp Number +263 784 136 505:

Account holder’s Name

Account Holders Surname

ID Number

Date of Birth

Account Number

Cell Number

Email Address

Physical Address (Not the postal address)


Customers who have registered on our website can view their account balances on our website www.citybyo.co.zw .

Consumers can also contact City of Bulawayo to obtain their balances by:

  1. Calling any of the following direct lines 02922 66203, 02922 66624, 02922 63465, 02922 60731, 02922 66521, 02922 66479 and 02922 66513.
  2. Emailing bccbilling@citybyo.co.zw
  3. Whatsapp 0784 136 505.
  4. Visiting nearest Revenue office.
