NOTICE OF DRAFT LOCAL PLAN ON PUBLIC EXHIBITION:
SOUTHERN CENTRAL AREAS LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN No. 16

The City of Bulawayo hereby gives notice, in terms of Subsection (2) of Section 18 of the Regional, Town and Country Planning Act, 1996, as read with section 20 of the Regional, Town and Country Planning (Master and Local Plans) Regulations 1977, that the SOUTHERN CENTRAL AREAS LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN No. 16 has been adopted and is now on public exhibition until the Thursday, 30th September 2021.
All documents relevant to the draft local plan are on public exhibition at the:-
On the following days and at the following times: Mondays to Fridays during business hours.
Any interested person or organization may make objections to, or representations, regarding, the Local Plan, in writing, to the Town Clerk on or before Thursday, 14th October 2021.
Objections and representations should state the matter to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
The Local Plan is concerned with policy proposals within Morningside, Greenhill, Hillcrest, Southwold, Barham Green, Montrose, Famona, Bradfield, Ilanda, Malindela and a portion of Suburbs.
