PUMULA SOUTH PRESALE STANDS NOTICE

Prospective beneficiaries with the capacity to purchase and develop their stands are hereby invited for the abovementioned scheme:

1. REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should be on the active Council Housing Waiting List.
Applicants to register their interest immediately with Pumula Housing Office
Applicants who meet the requirements as detailed below should register between Monday, 25 July 2022 and Friday, 29 July 2022 during business hours (08:00 hrs – 16.00hrs).

Successful applicants will be required to pay a deposit of 35% and 14, 5% VAT of the purchase price with the balance payable over six (6) months and the price range is as follows:

2. Applicants will be interviewed and those meeting the requirements of the scheme will be given offer letters on a first come first served basis.

3. GENERAL NOTES

Please note that the stands are partially serviced.
Once the 6 (six) monthly instalment period lapses any non-compliant beneficiaries will lose their stands and be refunded in terms of Council procedure.
Those beneficiaries with full cash payments will have an added advantage.
