Resumption of Weekly Refuse Removal

The City of Bulawayo would like to advise its residents and stakeholders that with effect from Monday, 29 March 2021, refuse from Eastern and Industrial Area will now be collected weekly instead of the current fortnightly service.

Every effort will be made to adhere to this schedule and in cases where Council does not collect refuse on the scheduled day; refuse will be collected on the following day.

The water shedding program is subject to change if the raw water reservoir level improves or deteriorates beyond the critical level.
