The City of Bulawayo invites bids from suitably qualified suppliers for the AD HOC SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND COMMISIONING OF COMPUTER EQUIPMENT.
Tenders must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, endorsed on the outside with ADVERTISED TENDER NUMBER, DESCRIPTION, CLOSING DATE and must be posted in time to be sorted into Post Office Box Number 591, BULAWAYO or delivered by hand to the Town Clerk’s Department, Room 126, City Hall, Fife Street/Leopold Takawira Avenue before 10.00a.m on the 29th of November 2016.
Tender documents with specifications are obtainable upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$10.00, from the Financial Director, Municipal Offices, Office 10 Revenue Hall, IT Section, Leopold Takawira Avenue/Josiah Tongogara Street, Bulawayo, during office hours ( 08.00 to 16.00 ) as from 14th November 2016.
Pre-tender conference for prospective Bidders shall be held on the 21st of November 2016 at 1000hrs on 12th Floor, Tower Block, Cnr L Takawira Avenue and J Tongogara Street.
No faxed, emailed or late tenders will be considered. The City of Bulawayo is not obliged to accept the lowest bid, or any bid. Tenders will not be considered unless they comply fully with the specifications.
