The City of Bulawayo is currently implementing the Bulawayo Water and Sewerage Services Improvement Project (BWSSIP) whose objective is to improve municipal water supply and sanitation services contributing to the improvement of the health and social wellbeing of the population of Bulawayo.
In that regard we are in the process of updating customer information in a bid to improve communication between the City and its customers and also ensure efficient service delivery.
Council would like to advise the residents that we will be collecting Customer information through the Contractor Unik Construction Engineering (Pty) Ltd from Wednesday, 13th February 2019 to Friday, 31 May 2019.
