Clerical Assistant

The following Vacancy has arisen within the City of Bulawayo:

1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB SUMMARY
  • Collects data of deaths from the Registrar’s Office to compile an annual report.
  • Produces routine statistical returns and reports at defined intervals, within given timelines.
  • Collects District Health Information activities throughout the province to support the National Heath Information System and other Health delivery systems.
  • Produces provincial health information and forward it for further processing.
  • Trains and supervises students on attachment
2. Qualifications Requirements
  • 5 ‘O’ Levels including English Language and Mathematics.
  • A certificate in Secretarial Studies or equivalent.
  • Computer literacy (ICDL certificate would be an added advantage).
3. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar environment.
