A registered member may choose any book from the lending sections. Two books may be borrowed for two weeks. Books must be taken to the library counter to be stamped with a date of return. The books should be returned on or before this date; if required again the loan may be renewed, provided the books are not in demand by other members. Overdue notices are sent to readers who keep the books after the expiry date.
All books for libraries are processed at Mzilikazi Memorial Library then distributed to branch libraries. Libraries keep stock cards which correspond with the central catalogue at Mzilikazi Library.
Fiction books are arranged alphabetically according to authors' surnames. Non-fiction books are arranged numerically according to class numbers indicated on book spines. Ask the librarian for assistance.
