RECEPTIONIST (ADMINISTRATION) – GRADE 5 (1POST)

The following Vacancy has arisen within the City of Bulawayo:

1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB SUMMARY
  • • Takes down shorthand notes, types letters and files documents.
  • • Mans the reception and directs telephone calls and clients.
  • • Record keeping and safe custody of all confidential documents etc.
  • • Takes down minutes at meetings and when the need arises and other secretarial duties.
2. Qualifications Requirements
  • • Diploma in Secretarial Studies /Administration / Computers or equivalent.
3. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
  • • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar environment.
