Senior Records Clerk

The following positions have arisen within the City of Bulawayo:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB SUMMARY
  • Receives and records incoming mail.
  • Files and dispatches mail to various recipients within and outside Council.
  • Issues, receives and records files.
  • Tracks files in circulation.
  • Mends files.
  • Binds books.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • 5 ‘O’ levels including English language and Maths/Accounts.
  • Certificate in Records and Archives Management or equivalent.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar environment
